Accessibility statement
The customer portal and Rieck's other public pages
Last updated 2026-08-15
This statement covers the customer portal — the creditor's own invoice and subscription portal — and Rieck's other public pages. The debtor portal, the payment domain and the signing domain are separate services, each with its own statement; open the link from one of them and you get the statement that applies there. The information has been prepared with reference to section 35 and annex 4 of the Danish Act on accessibility requirements for products and services, and WCAG 2.1 level AA is our technical target.
Compliance status
The customer portal is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. The public entry pages that make no database lookups are checked automatically with axe-core at every release, and findings block the release. The portal itself requires a login and displays data, so it is reviewed under a separate manual protocol. The VoiceOver and NVDA review has not yet been completed.
The service and how to use it
The customer portal is opened from the creditor's own domain or from a link in an invoice or an email. You sign in with your email address and a one-time code, and you can view and pay invoices, download attachments, view your contracts and manage subscriptions and saved payment cards.
How we address the requirements
The pages use semantic headings and landmarks, can be operated by keyboard alone and show visible focus. Form fields have names and instructions, and errors appear as text next to the field. Amounts, due dates and status are always written out in text — a coloured badge is never the only source of that information. Content can be enlarged and reflows to a single column on a phone, and language and light/dark appearance can be changed at the bottom of the public pages.
Non-accessible content
Invoices, attachments and contracts are provided as PDF files, and those files are not necessarily tagged to the PDF/UA standard. The same information — amounts, lines and due date — appears as ordinary text on the invoice page. The payment itself takes place on the payment domain and is described in the statement there. If you need a document in another format, we will send it to you.
Feedback and contact
If you find that something is not accessible to you, or you need content in another format, email kontakt@rieckflow.com. Please describe the page and the action you were trying to complete. We reply as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest.
Enforcement and complaints
If you do not receive a satisfactory reply, you can bring the matter before the relevant supervisory authority. For services within the Danish Safety Technology Authority's remit, inaccessible services can be reported through the reporting form at sik.dk/tip. Since January 2026, the Danish Safety Technology Authority has been part of the Danish Business Authority.
Monitoring and maintenance
The automated checks run at every release. Login-gated journeys are reviewed under the manual protocol, and findings are recorded as tasks with an owner and a status. The statement is updated when the service changes materially, when the manual review changes the compliance status, and at least once a year.
